I would like to invite all Softball Saskatchewan members of Zone 2 to attend
the First Annual Zone 2 Softball Saskatchewan Meeting (AGM).

The meeting is to be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday April 3, 2008 at
Cathedral Neighborhood Centre (2900 13th Avenue, Regina).

The purpose of meeting is to review any changes/additions in the 2008
Handbook, create awareness of our programs and policies while promoting the
game of softball as well as review information that was shared at last
year's Softball Saskatchewan AGM and to set some Zone 2 goals for the
upcoming year. We invite all coaches, league executives, umpires,
Provincial Championship hosts and parents to attend.

The centre will open for registration at 6:45pm. Light refreshments will be
served after the meeting (8:30pm or sooner).
